“Great service with competitive prices. We used Meerkat for the transport of our furniture from a two bedroom rental in Cambridge to St Neots. Norbert arrived on time with his van. As all content had been moved by us already we had the furniture in the van in less than an hour. Blankets and straps secured the furniture during the drive. Unloading was quick as well and within two hours all our furniture had been moved. Can definitely recommend Meerkat.

Meerkat are great! We were moving house from Cambridge to Herefordshire with, as it turned out, enough stuff to fill 2 Luton vans. Monika, who came and did the estimate, was friendly and efficient. On moving day, the 2 vans duly appeared on time, with Norbert and Steve. They were friendly, helpful, fast, and careful with our stuff. Everything arrived at the other end in good shape.
They had a long day: packing up the 2 vans, a 4-hour drive on a busy Saturday, then unloading all the stuff. And at the end, with the trip back to Cambridge still to come, they were still working smoothly and giving us the sense that they wanted us to be happy with everything. We’d be delighted to use them again.

We would love to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Meerkat Removals! They made our move from Cambridge to St. Ives the smoothes process we could ever imagine. Moving could be very stressfull, but with their skills, knowledge and experties combined with an “everything could be done and possible” attitude its a relief of a fresh air.They have done an amazing job, moved our belongings from a 2 bedroom house to St. Ives including journey time on the A14 and juggling with wardobes on spiral steep stairs, within less 2 hours! We were really impressed with the service we received. I’ll start with the initial correspondence when I first contacted them – the team was friendly and quick to respond. They also handled all my inquires very well and speedily. When the time for moving had come, the driver was very polite and friendly, and also very prompt. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family, and also be in use of them again. They are affordable but not lacking on quality, and they are professional too!

Excellent service! We used Meerkat twice in four months. Once to move out of our house into rented property when we sold our house and then from the rental into the new house we had bought. The first move went so smoothly that it was a no- brainer to use them a second time. We valued their prompt efficient service, friendly and polite staff but most of all the fact that they put everything where we wanted and assembled beds and anything else we had asked to be dismantled. When I was looking for a removal company to help me out (at short notice!), a friend of mine recommended Meerkat.
They were indeed incredible, prompt and precise, in a word trustworthy.
Excellent boxes – I particularly liked the small ones.
Unbelievable that everything went into just one van – no damage at all.
They even reassembled my sofa bed for free (which was well appreciated).
Not sure whether they are competitively priced as I didn’t shop around.
Oh, and they also did an ‘end of tenancy cleaning’ (including carpets) which took no less than 6(!) hours.
Stefan must have been so tired but at no point he was complaining.
I have no complaints either and wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Pricey? Not sure. Quality? Sure!
