How to prepare for your property for the end of tenancy cleaning service?

Preparing your property for the end of tenancy cleaning is highly recommended. Here is what you need to do prior to our team visit:

  • Make sure there is hot and cold water, electricity, and toilet facilities for the cleaning team,
  • Switch off any fridge and freezers you might have at least 4 hours prior to the visit,
  • Empty the property to allow our team to perform their work,
  • Remove any items from cupboards and shelves,
  • Put away all fragile items, jewellery, art and antiques has to be removed!
  • Check all toilet, bathroom and kitchen drains – they must be fully operating throughout the property to allow the cleaners to perform their job to the highest standard.
